Planet Attractions will partner with this year’s UK Theme Park Awards
Planet Attractions is partnering with this year’s UK Theme Park Awards, working alongside the prestigious awards and accompanying show in partnership on media, judging and more.
The leading public facing awards for the UK theme park industry, the UK Theme Park Awards recognise the best rides and attractions, shows and events, as well as the theme parks offering the best customer service and value.
Not only will Planet Attractions work on new and exclusive content in the build up to the big event, but it will also have a presence at the show itself and also joins the expert judging panel following tens of thousands of nominations from the general public.
“Not only do the UK Theme Park Awards recognise the best in class when its comes to rides and other attractions, but it also includes customer service, F&B, value for money and even public content creation,” said Tom Anstey, Editor-in-Chief, Planet Attractions.
“We have huge respect for all of the UK’s theme park operations and the wider theme park community, and to be able to partner with the UK Theme Park Awards and be a part of the judging panel is a huge honour.”
In 2022, more than 200,000 public votes were cast and then combined with scores from a judging panel to determine the winners in each category. This year’s UK Theme Park Awards is split across 22 categories:

• Best Theme Park Music
• Best Customer Service
• Best Value Theme Park
• Best Social Media Content
• Best Marketing Campaign
• Theme Park of the Year
• Content Creator of the Year

In 2022, during an awards show hosted by Drayton Manor, Alton Towers was crowned UK Theme Park of the Year, Sik at Flamingo Land won Best New Attraction and Drayton Manor was awarded Best Value Theme Park.
