More than 10 million experience holiday cheer courtesy of RWS Global experiences

RWS Global has created more than 75 custom entertainment experiences for this holiday season, with more than ten million people taking in the spectacles worldwide

Entertainment and experience specialists RWS Global have brought the holiday season to more than 10 million consumers worldwide this year, with the company helping to create more than 75 bespoke festive experiences both on land and at sea.

Bringing the holidays to life through the company’s theatrical and experiential expertise, guests have taken in “a captivating blend of holiday traditions and modern entertainment,” with each of the spectacles celebrating the holidays in style.

According to RWS, in 2024, attractions including Hersheypark, Legoland, Universal Hollywood, Big Cedar Lodge, Phoenix Zoo, Kentucky Kingdom, Kennywood, Parque Warner Madrid, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi and Sea World in Abu Dhabi have all utilised the company to help create its entertainment experiences.

The recent holiday activations say the company builds upon its reputation as a leading provider of year-round experiences. The holiday events follow on from a very successful Halloween, in which RWS curated 40 haunted experiences, working with major partners such as Six Flags, NBCUniversal and Parque Warner Madrid in the process.

“All of us at RWS Global are deeply energised by the opportunity to create unique holiday experiences throughout the festive season for our partners,” said Ryan Stana, chairman and CEO of RWS Global.

“Our company was built on the sense of joy, wonder and excitement we can bring to people through the experiences we create. This time of year, we are filled with pride knowing we’ve played a small part of what makes the holiday so special for so many individuals.”

RWS is a full-service provider of experiences - from ideation and creative concept to casting, design, lighting and technical services, music and media, wardrobe, decor and full-service operations. Known for its ability to innovate and transform any destination with year-round, seasonal programming, the company recently announced at IAAPA Expo an expansion of its operations with the opening of two new offices In Shanghai, China, and Orlando, Florida.

In addition to launching its Shanghai office, the company also announced a strategic partnership with one of Asia's leading location-based entertainment groups - Max-Matching. RWS has also recently created a new position within the organisation, with former Paramount executive Veronica Hart named its new chief growth officer.
