Polin has named Matteo Ferrarini new business development manager of its
Western Europe team in Italy

Matteo Ferrarini has joined waterpark giant Polin as the business development manager of
Polin’s Western Europe team in Italy.
Ferrarini joins the company with more than 20 years experience in project management, customer
relationships, installation and sales, gleaned from a career that has included several roles with Italian
pool specialist Myrtha Pools, as well as a two-year stint working on swimming pool projects as
commercial director for Clax Italia and a position with A&T Europe.
He first collaborated with Polin in 1998 as part of a major project for Myrtha Pools.
In his new role, Ferrarini will drive Polin’s growth in Western Europe, build strategic partnerships with
potential clients and further grow Italy’s waterpark industry by aligning and supporting key business
initiatives.
He is supported by Polin’s global network of offices, partners and dealers, as well as the brand’s 48
years experience.
Commenting on Ferrarini’s appointment Polin Group president Dr Baris Pakis, said: “With his
participation to our team, our Polin West Europe office will allow the company to better serve its
customers and partners in Italy.”
