Embed is heading to Amsterdam for this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, with the cashless solutions provider set to showcase some of its breakthrough innovations at the landmark event.
Sharing a range of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, the company is targeting the market in a time where FECs in Europe are worth an estimated US$1.82bn annually, with compound annual growth of 7.4% through to the end of 2031.
“Since its launch in 2019, our award-winning Mobile Wallet is still the only Apple and Google-certified FEC solution,” said Renee Welsh, CEO at Embed.
“As operators seek higher profitability from reloads and return visits, and more business visibility, our STATS business intelligence dashboard enables them to use their games and guest data to design better experiences, value, and promotional offers and communicate these more effectively through digital marketing.”
According to Embed, its Mobile Wallet 2022-2023 metric results from its customers show a fivefold increase in average reload value (US$50.57) compared to cash (US$9.90) and credit card (US$31.95). The data also reveals that 60% of reloads happen before guests arrive at an FEC. Embed’s STATS dashboard also offers operators real-time visibility to metrics such as game performance, inventory, and manpower allocation.
For the show in Amsterdam, Embed says that it is taking its “impeccable record” to Europe to “ensure FECs get the best system to deliver a superior guest experience and business longevity”.
Embed is also set to showcase innovations including the “smarter, faster, and supercharged” smartTOUCH+ with its supercharged 512 MB DDR3 RAM, faster 528 Mhz processing power, supersized 4 GB storage, super signal at 23 dBm and data transmission at 2.4 and 5 Ghz. It is also set to share its space-saver KIOSK+, game cards, RFID wearables, and more.
