Connect&GO has announced its newest partner in France, with popular theme park and zoo Le Pal now utilising the company’s Konnect ticketing platform.

The fifth-most visited park in France, Le Pal offers a blend of wildlife encounters and family attractions, its latest being the €11m Fjord Explorer water coaster addition.

The Konnect platform - which features tools for online sales, POS, kiosks, CRM, payment solutions, corporate sales modules and more - will be used to provide real-time data, allowing the park to enhance its operational efficiency, optimise guest experiences, and drive revenue growth.

“We were looking for a long-term technological partner who could support our vision and help us elevate the park to new heights,” said Arnaud Bennet, CEO of Le Pal.

“Connect&GO's dedication to innovation and their commitment to excellence aligned perfectly with our goals, making the choice obvious.”

Adding to its deployments with Looping Group earlier this year, Connect&GO technology now features in three of the ten most visited attractions in France.

“I am very grateful for the trust of Mr. Bennet and the entire Le PAL team,” said Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO.

“Throughout our discussions, we discovered a park that harmoniously combines hospitality, wildlife, nature and attractions, offering a truly unique experience. We look forward to contributing to Le PAL's evolution through fully connected technology.”

With deployments across the United States, Canada, the Middle East and Europe, Connect&GO says it is “leading the way for attractions technology innovation”.
