Universal has announced the opening of two new hotels in Orlando, with Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort forming part of the upcoming Epic Universe destination when they open in 2025.
Each featuring 750 rooms, the additions will bring the total number of guest rooms across Universal’s Orlando portfolio up to 10,500.
Inspired by “distant galaxies, new stars and mysterious black holes”, Universal Stella Nova will open in January 2025, while Universal Terra Nova, inspired by “the massive and diverse planetary elements of the universe”, will open in February 2025.
As well as offering benefits at Epic Universe, which will open later in 2025, both hotels will also include early park admission to all of Universal’s other parks in Orlando, as well as complimentary transportation to and from each destination.
Loews Hotels & Co, which operates Universal’s existing eight hotels in Orlando, will also operate the upcoming Universal Stella Nova and Universal Terra Luna in partnership with Comcast NBCUniversal.
