The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and The Grinch are the headline acts at Universal Studios for the festive period, with events for both IPs starting November 24.
Running through to January 1 at both Universal Studios Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will “bring the spirit of the holiday season to the village of Hogsmeade”, with the themed land set to be transformed with a décor of lights, decorative garlands and wreaths. Guests will also be able to enjoy a special holiday a cappella performance from the Frog Choir, as well as enjoy some festive F&B options and see a nightly projection show called The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle.
Running at the same time, the Grinchmas event returns with an all-new daytime performance featuring the Who-Bee Doo-Wops group, who will perform a number of Christmas classics live. The 65ft (20m) Grinchmas Tree will also make its return at Universal Plaza. Other activities include photo opportunities with The Grinch, a chance to spend time with Cindy-Lou Who, and a visit to the Who-ville post office to mail a postcard sharing good deeds.
