Technology solutions provider accesso is celebrating, after launching its new Qview solution at IAAPA Expo, while also picking up a prestigious Brass Ring Award for the product during the show.
Featuring an advanced, patent-pending line-counting system, Qview offers real-time queue data, eliminating the need for manual counts and creating an accurate, informed view of attraction wait times. Using machine learning and real-time queue images, accesso says that the technology counts each guest in line to provide a highly accurate wait time.
Entered under the Applied Technologies Class B: Product or Service used by Facilities category, Qview picked up a Brass Ring for Best New Product, named alongside Harmony Helper Concierge Services in the category.
“In an era where precision and efficiency are paramount, Qview is a game-changer,” said accesso CEO Steve Brown.
“As we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on empowering theme park and attractions operators worldwide with innovative tools that not only streamline operations but also elevate guest satisfaction.”
