Maurer Rides showcases world-first Spike Omega Coaster









Maurer Rides has shared a new video of its upcoming Spike Omega Coaster - a new development from the manufacturer that looks set to become a popular model.

The ride offers a number of firsts, including the world’s first Omega Loop figure, the first powered rollercoaster train for inversions and the first rollercoaster with interactive spike tilt seats. Additionally, the ride will also feature energy recovery features and programmable changes of speed and acceleration throughout the ride experience.

The Omega Coaster model on show features a 470m (1,542ft) track with the ride reaching heights of 35m (115ft) and a maximum speed of 70kmph (44mph). It also includes four inversions.
