Disney has revealed a first glimpse at the water tower for its new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride.
The tiara-topped water tower was installed at Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida, US, at the end of June, and forms the centrepiece for the new attraction, which is scheduled to open in 2024.
Replacing Splash Mountain, which closed in January 2023, the ride is set a year after the events of the Princess and the Frog movie.
It features Tiana, Prince Naveen, Louis the alligator and several other characters with the original voice actors all having reprised their roles for the ride. A host of new characters, including an otter, rabbit, raccoon, turtle, beaver and opossum, will also appear alongside the existing favourites.
