UK attraction The Dinosaur Park is up for sale, with Christie & Co has appointed to market the dinosaur-themed attraction in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, due to the owners' retirement.
Established in 1994, the family-operated park features 36 rides, over 90 dinosaurs, a woodland trail, and a guided walking safari. It also offers various indoor activities, cafes, and a gift shop.
Drawing more than 60,000 visitors annually, the attraction is popular with locals, tourists, and school groups. With expansion potential and additional land available, the park presents an excellent opportunity for a new owner, whether as a lifestyle business or with a general manager in place. The attraction is on the market for £4.5m.
