The Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions (ASVA) has launched a new quality scheme designed to uphold the standard of visitor attractions throughout Scotland. The scheme is now available to join.
Developed following consultation with Scottish attractions, the scheme is the first of its kind to be governed and delivered by the sector. It aims to support and recognise world class visitor experiences through evidence-based standards and star gradings, and is delivered on a not-for-profit basis.
The scheme includes...
• Annual or biennial in-person assessment visits.
• Star grading.
• Digital and physical signage at no additional cost.
• Industry Benchmarking opportunities (available from late 2025).
• Access to exclusive training.
• Optional support services including advisory visits, in-person consultation, and website audits.
